Demonizing Success

@ 04:34 AM (9 months, 1 day ago)

Witness the class warfare recently displayed between a reporter and UCONN head coach Jim Calhoun. Calhoun recently won his 800th game. That puts him among a very small group of successful coaches. I love how he handled the idiot reporter too.

  5. Gotta love it. Calhoun has always been one tough bird from the beginning of his assistant coaching career at a couple of Philadelphia area schools. Rumor has it that the reporter is bloghi.com's only duggie.

  6. What got me is when the reporter said, "That was very polite of you."

As if it were "polite" to question the man's salary in public?

    What a tool.

  8. Another terrific product of American university journalism school..rude, uninformed and abusive.

    The coach handled it well.
