2. What I don't understand is why there is any thought of giving our taxpayer money to any BUSINESS that has run itself into the ground. That is what bankruptcy laws are for. The same thing applies to Wall Street and Detroit. Gee what happened to the OIL CRISIS?
   
   Oh, was that all a SHAM designed to rip us off in yet another way?
