I first worked in a detachment at an EODMU that located underwater mines using remotely operated vehicles and side scan sonar then my last duty station I worked with autonomous underwater vehicles
Ever watch Titanic...????
z - tine can is a term that sailors use to describe small ships such as frigates, destroyers and cruisers
actuallly I'm not sure about cruisers being a part of that description?
the latest US Navy commercial shows some guys working with UAV and AUV's some of the gear I got to play with
