Jameson gets removed over Pino flap

Perhaps Herr Doktor was taking a trip to visit Uncle Osama?

The Dr. even got KSU to pay for his return trip....I hope Al Ain was worth it.

The funny part is KSU was worried about bad publicity..bad publicity?

KENT, Ohio (AP) - A Kent State University professor who has written sympathetically about Mideast suicide bombers is back in the news.

The history department chairman has been removed for approving a six-week mid-semester leave for Julio Pino to attend a conference in the Persian Gulf.

The university says history chairman John Jameson failed to get approval for the leave from the dean. Jameson admits he failed to follow procedure and will stay on campus as a researcher.

Last March Kent State got a lot of angry letters when it was disclosed the Pino was a contributor to a Web site on Jihad religious war.

  3. I still say Pino is a government plant meant to stoke anti Muslim fervor. If I got on here an advocated shooting the president or whatever - there would be people knocking on my door within a day or two. He wrote for over a year straight about blowing up America during a time of war - AND he works for Kent State. If I worked at Kent State I bet I'd get let go for saying you should follow Jesus.

  4. Have you read his biography Dugg? Dugg anyone that threatens the president is subject to scrutiny, of course they'd be knocking on your door. If he was a plant (and I don't think he is) he was really inept.

    As if Pino needs to got to the UAE to learn Arabic. :???: What an utterly lame excuse.

    KSU should stop trying to sweep this traitor and terrorist under the rug and instead pull it out from under him.

  6. I don't think it is a coincidence that immediately after pino last surfaced and his ip address was reported to the media and KSU officials that this has happpened. I am watching for the other shoe to drop. I am committed to continuously demanding pino's removal and urge all others to do the same.

    Add your thoughts about pino and let the KSU trustees know that slapping pino's enabler on the wrist is not enough and that pino must be terminated NOW.
