Joel's Trumpet
Several months ago I summarized a book by Joel Richardson whose original title was "Is Islam our future". Joel has his own blog Joel's Trumpet. He had a radio interview discussing Islam's belief that the Mahdi is returning soon. Anyone interested in what is going on in Iran and the anticipation of the Mahdi should listen very carefully.

This particular article links to an Iranian state site, which blabbers away about the mahdi's soon return. It was so boring, I couldn't get past the second page....
I really enjoy Joel Rosenberg's books...

Answering Islam is a great site. I get a lot of good information there and use it often.
President Bush has stated several times that we are not at war against Islam but a war against terrorism.
He could not be more wrong...well maybe he could.
He has also stated that Christians and Muslims worship the same God. Now I can confidently say that "he could not be more wrong".
I've also heard that this is a clash of civilizations...there could be some truth in this also although I've heard it said better and that this is a war against barbarism and modernism.
You made some excellent points against John Brown...particularly about getting his head out of....

eyes - on Joel's site he discusses that story about the 12th Imam coming back this spring, it really was a bad job of it by WND. It needs to be retracted.

YOu know what REALLY gets me? We all type and complain about Islam...and watch as we allow 3 Arabs to get into Miami harbor and "it was just a language problem" that they said there's ONE guy in the truck when there were THREE. HOw much of a language problem is ONE AND THREE for even a new immigrant? So, they were released, but they found bomb stuff a day later....and they probably can't link the two because "gee, that would be SO mean"..We are letting them take over, CAIR pushes us around, political correctness makes us cower in front of them so we don't hurt feelings or get the Left mad, and what's THAT going to get us? Dead. What is WITH us, guys?

But thats cool...some people have problems and need diapers. So I tell ya what wang "candidate for whatever the hell you still obviously haven't been awarded yet"....Just up the dosage on you adderol, and thorazine a bit and the Big boys in the white muscle shirts will be there shortly to tighten up the straight jacket...and the little voices will go away!
