  2. I agree with Brooke but could you imagine the uproar, the lawsuits that would take place here. He would end up suing the government and have all the money he would ever need to support his drug habit.

  4. There should be a law that if you are on film, running from the police for ANY REASON, civil liability for your injuries received during arrest are your own, and in NO WAY the government's responsibility.
