Baptism

EB and Son
I had the honor of baptizing my son today! What a great day...I have witnessed his physical birth, his spiritual birth and now his public identification with Jesus. Praise God!
Here is how my son became a Christian:
When I was about 3 years old I asked my Dad about this flag that we have. This flag had belonged to my Grandpa who had just past away the year before. My Dad started telling me how my Grandpa was in the army and how he became a Christian. Then my Dad asked me if I wanted to ever see him again, and I said yes and asked Jesus into my life.
At the age of nine God spoke to me through music telling me that I need to be a pastor when I grow up. This past summer I went to camp and there was this lady who told her testimony and she was saying how she rededicated her life to Christ. A couple of weeks past and I really wasn’t spending all that much time with Christ so one night I just said God I believe in you but I feel like I’m drifting away so I decided to rededicate my life to Christ. Since it was my Grandpas death that led me to becoming a Christian I want to dedicate my baptism to him.

EB- What a wonderful blessing! "The circle will be unbroken, bye and bye, Lord, bye and bye!" I have the same blessing, my late is already Home and we will join him when the time is full! What joy when we all go!

EB,
So much significance in this story on several levels--all related to "father" and "Father"!
I just know that your soul leapt for joy when you baptized your own son.

Off Topic: You must read this: National Guardsman Brutally Attacked. These are NOT peaceful protesters. We must rise up and take back our country...
