Hamas, the Beatles and President Jimmy Carter

Okay I lied, I had to post something....my addiction to the blogosphere is clear...surgery still on, vacation is still on...so is the blogging.

I know this is old news but I just couldn't help myself. If only former presidents would actually retire. Jimmy Carter (listed in Wikipedia as one of the worst presidents 39 out of 43) has many of you know said this:

Hamas deserves to be recognized by the international community, and despite the group's militant history, there is a chance the soon-to-be Palestinian leaders could turn away from violence, former President Jimmy Carter said Wednesday.

He even tried to bring them together for a summit.

Despite crap like this from the Hamas website and other Nazi like confusion.

I thought this a great cartoon from Cox and Forkum.
