ACI syndrome (anal-cranial inversion syndrome) - n. serious medical disorder in which a person's head is wedged where the sun don't shine. ACI is a progressive disorder, sometimes terminal, and victims are frequently subjected to public ridicule, which they sometimes misinterpret as adulation and more frequently misinterpret as confirmation that they are on the right path to historical greatness.

Can't people see that Saddam would have wreaked even more havoc and would have extended his power as far as possible? The world's a better place with that megalomaniac out of the power seat. Just look at him at the trial!
